TLG Peterbilt is seeking a driven and relationship-focused Recruiter to support talent acquisition efforts across assigned dealership locations. This role serves as a strategic business partner to hiring managers by developing and executing recruiting strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding.
The Recruiter will collaborate with operational leaders to identify workforce needs, implement customized recruitment plans, and drive hiring success across multiple locations. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, creativity in sourcing talent, and the ability to coach leaders on best-practice hiring and interviewing techniques.
This position plays a key role in supporting TLG's growth by attracting top talent, promoting our employer brand, and driving training initiatives that strengthen our teams.
Travel up to 30% is required.
