The Lead Talent Acquisition Partner is a key driver of recruitment strategy and execution within our fast-paced retail organization. This role leads high-volume and leadership-level hiring efforts across store operations, and corporate functions. As a senior recruiter, the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner aligns closely with field and corporate leaders to forecast staffing needs, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and deliver a seamless, brand-aligned candidate experience. In addition to managing a full requisition load, this position provides guidance to Talent Acquisition Partners, supports hiring process improvements and helps shape employer branding initiatives. Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, deep knowledge of the retail talent landscape, and the ability to influence through expertise and results.
