Job Description

  1. Position Summary
    The Talent Acquisition Partner will serve as a strategic and flexible recruiting resource, with capacity to support variety of functions across the enterprise. This role requires the ability to seamlessly pivot between different division/departments, hiring priorities, and candidate profiles. The Talent Acquisition Partner will partner closely with division/department heads, hiring managers, People & Culture, and Executive Leadership to deliver high-quality full-cycle recruitment services aligned with the organization's mission, values, and strategic priorities.
    Position Responsibilities
    • Serve as a consultative partner to hiring managers across the organization and its subsidiaries to understand the human capital needs of the hiring area.
    • Lead intake meetings for all new and updated requisitions; Collaborate to define ideal candidate profiles, timelines, and recruitment strategies.
    • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from posting to offer, ensuring alignment with policies and compliance standards.
    • Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for high-need or hard-to-fill roles across the organization.
    • Utilize diverse sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, professional associations, community networks, and internal referrals to attract top talent.
    • Conduct screening interviews, maintain accurate documentation, and communicate candidate recommendations to hiring teams.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience through consistent communication and transparent processes.
    • Facilitate and lead regular meetings with hiring managers and department heads to review hiring progress and resolve bottlenecks.
    • Lead and contribute to talent acquisition and cross-functional People & Culture projects that enhance recruitment efficiency and strategic workforce planning
    • Build partnerships with community organizations, educational institutions, and placement agencies to support ongoing talent needs.
    • Represent at community events and serve as a brand ambassador to highlight our culture and impact.
    • Support hiring events, job fairs, and external recruitment activities as needed for either Program or Shared Services functions.
    • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to identify opportunities for process enhancements and share best practices.
    • Ensure all recruitment practices are compliant with applicable labor laws and internal standards.
  2. Other Functions
    • Research talent acquisition best practices, methods, and processes; Proactively recommend process improvement policies to standardize and simplify recruiting processes. Support the People & Culture team in employee engagement activities and events.
    • Support the relationship development with job placement agencies.
    • Participate in related recruitment networks through related associations and groups.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
  3. Education & Experience Requirements
    • HS diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in human resources management, strongly preferred
    • A minimum of five years of full-cycle recruitment experience with past experience recruiting IT, Finance, and other administrative positions required; Past work with a nonprofit is a plus
    • High energy level and a sense of creativity to effectively match candidates with the company's needs, and to positively portray its culture, values, and priorities
    • Proven ability to develop and manage strong relationships with a broad range of people at various levels of the organization
    • Strong interview skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask while maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to work collaboratively and openly with cross-functional leaders
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision, maintain confidentiality, and manage sensitive information
    • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Strong team-building skills and be a positive contributor in a team environment.
    • Ability to work well under pressure in an ever-changing environment.
    • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and knowledge of HRIS systems required
