Job Overview:
Pay Range: $37.10hr - $42.10hr
Requirement/Must Have: - Experience recruiting within a healthcare, health insurance, managed care, or hospital environment.
- Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing candidates.
- Strong sourcing experience utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms to identify passive talent.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and ensure accurate recruiting documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and candidates while managing multiple competing priorities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years Full life-cycle HR/Agency recruitment experience in a high volume environment supporting mid to senior level roles.
- Experience with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Exceptional problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills.
- Experience in proactively sourcing qualified candidates.
- In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.

- Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, including meeting diversity and other recruiting goals.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies and resources; build networks through social media, job boards, employment agencies, professional associations, and employee referral programs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to candidates and hiring managers.
- Travel to various sites to facilitate recruiting events as needed.
- Develop recruitment and communication strategies to enhance the recruiting experience for prospective candidates and hiring managers.
- Coordinate the implementation of strategies for recruiting diverse talent.
- Work closely with hiring managers, building trust and credibility as an advisor in the selection process.
- Evaluate recruiting pool to identify future sourcing needs and implement proactive recruiting strategies to build candidate pipelines for future vacancies.
- Proactively source and network with potential candidates in the marketplace.
- Assist in the organizing and logistics of recruitment and marketing events.
- Represent the organization internally and externally at events, job fairs, and college recruitment functions.
- Ensure recruitment practices are compliant with employment laws.
- Assist Talent Acquisition Leadership with development and implementation of specific projects.
