Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for Corporate Functions including HR, Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Procurement, Marketing, and Communications. Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, source top talent, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience while leveraging market intelligence and recruiting analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective hiring strategies.
- Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates for corporate function roles.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM, and other sourcing tools.
- Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation, and hiring trends.
- Advise hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through proactive communication.
- Utilize recruiting analytics and innovative sourcing strategies to improve hiring outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience recruiting in a corporate environment (agency experience is a plus).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools.
- Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation.
- Ability to leverage market intelligence and recruiting metrics to influence hiring decisions.
- Knowledge of employment laws including EEO, ADA, and labor regulations.
- Experience recruiting within financial services, technology, or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
