Job Summary:
Under general supervision, the position is responsible for driving recruitment activities within a given business unit or functional area. The incumbent works with hiring managers and HRBPs to address workforce and staffing needs, serve as a valuable brand ambassador for J.B. Hunt, sell J.B. Hunt''s compensation and benefits packages, and advise on pay/salary and recruiting best practices.

Associate's degree in Business Administration/Management, Communications, Psychology, or related field OR 2+ years combination of relevant education, experience and training
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Communications, Psychology, or related field with 2-4 years of recruiting experience, education, and training

Compensation:
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company's bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
