Partner closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team members to develop effective recruitment strategies and hiring plans.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer acceptance.
Source, screen, assess, and present qualified candidates for positions across Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Procurement, Communications, Marketing, and other corporate functions.
Continuously build and maintain talent pipelines/network for current and future hiring needs.
Leverage Job boards, sourcing tools, applicant tracking system (ATS), CRM, and other sourcing channels to identify and engage top technology talent.
Provide market intelligence and talent insights, including talent availability, competitor activity, market trends, compensation expectations, and hiring challenges, to help inform hiring strategies and business decisions.
Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers by sharing relevant market data and recommendations throughout the recruitment process.
Deliver a positive and seamless candidate experience through proactive communication and follow-up.
Act as a trusted Talent partner to hiring managers while balancing business priorities and recruitment best practices.
Understand current talent market conditions and maintain knowledge of emerging recruiting trends and sourcing techniques.
Be an ambassador of in all candidate and external communications.
Embrace innovative recruiting strategies and digital tools to improve recruitment outcomes.
Candidates should possess:
5 years of professional recruiting experience.
Experience in a corporate environment; agency experience is a plus.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Proficiency utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, ATS, and other sourcing tools to engage and attract talent.
Experience leveraging market intelligence and recruiting analytics to source and guide hiring decisions and influence stakeholders.
Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation skills.
Experience recruiting within financial services, technology, and/or highly regulated industries preferred.
Familiarity with current laws and legal requirements concerning recruitment and employment, including EEO, ADA, and labor relations.
