Job Title: Talent Acquisition Recruiter
Pay: $30-$45/hour DOE
Location: Irvine, CA
Duration: Temporary (approx. 6 months)
Schedule: Mon- Fri 8:00-5:00 (Fridays are WFH)

About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across a variety of corporate and business functions during a period of growth and transformation.

This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys sourcing, building talent pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, and managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, job boards, and other channels
  • Conduct candidate screenings and assessments
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Drive interview coordination and candidate communication
  • Maintain ATS data and recruiting activity records
  • Support hiring goals while delivering a positive candidate experience

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience identifying passive talent
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Ability to recruit across multiple functional areas
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred

  • Agency and/or corporate recruiting experience
  • High-volume recruiting experience
  • Taleo or Oracle ATS experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
