As a Recruiter, you'll be the driving force behind high-volume hiring across field sales, merchandising, and corporate roles. You'll build strong talent pipelines, connect with candidates, and keep the hiring process moving with speed and precision. From first outreach to interview scheduling, you'll deliver a seamless candidate experience while prioritizing roles, meeting deadlines, and supporting key business needs.

What We Offer:
$20.00 - $22.00 base hourly pay range
Monthly hiring incentives
100% remote work environment (No RTO mandates!)
Full time, 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday schedule)
Starting in July and running through December 31st, with potential of becoming a permanent role
Eligible for overtime pay (if or when approved during busier seasons)
Laptop plus monthly internet/phone stipend
W2 employment with biweekly pay schedule and direct deposit
401(k) option with employer match

Your Hiring Game Plan
Own job sourcing strategies, and hiring workflows-ensuring everything is compliant, polished, and effective
Fuel high-volume pipelines by attracting and engaging top-tier talent
Tackle tough roles with creative sourcing-leveraging advanced searches, tools, and market insights
Quickly spot standout candidates by reviewing resumes against key qualifications
Lead engaging phone and/or video interviews that uncover motivation, skills, and overall fit
Match great talent to great roles-presenting strong candidates or extending offers when appropriate
Keep everything moving smoothly by updating candidate activity and communications in the ATS
Track performance metrics (time-to-fill, turnover, placements) to continuously refine your approach
Jump into special projects and initiatives to support the broader Talent Acquisition team
The Skills you Shine With:
**Bring at least 1 year of high-volume recruiting/hiring experience,preferably acrossretail, customer service, corporate, staffing, or 3PL settings
Driven, resilient, and self-motivated-thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment
Highly organized with strong time management skills to juggle competing priorities and connect with candidates daily
Strong communicator with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization
Solid understanding of recruiting fundamentals, including sourcing, interviewing, and employment laws (a plus)
Comfortable working remotely with a quiet workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and smartphone
Experience using an ATS (Taleo preferred)
