Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our applicant tracking system.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
