Talent Acquisition Recruiter
Supports assigned business units with recruiting, onboarding, and general HR needs in a fast-paced environment. This role is on-site and requires working in the office daily.
Position Summary
The Recruiter supports designated business units by delivering day-to-day Human Resources services, with an emphasis on recruiting and onboarding. Working closely with senior HR partners and business leaders, this role helps ensure a consistent, positive candidate and employee experience-from opening a requisition through a new hire's first days on the job.
The Recruiter partners with hiring managers to plan and execute talent acquisition activities, including posting vacancies, developing sourcing strategies, managing applicant flow, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting the onboarding process. The HR Representative also builds strong relationships with managers and employees, serving as a first point of contact for HR questions and guidance.
This role is ideal for a Human Resources professional who wants broad exposure across HR while owning recruiting and onboarding responsibilities. Success in this position requires strong organization and communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of professionalism.
