    This position is an on-site role based in our North Canton, Ohio office. Candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance of our North Canton office to support business needs. Our office offers a welcoming and conveniently located work environment, including a cafeteria with hot meals, a coffee cafe, and gym for employees.

    Position Summary

    The Talent Acquisition Recruiter is responsible for supporting field operations and corporate hiring needs through effective full-cycle recruiting. This role helps implement KAG's talent acquisition strategies, framework, and sourcing approaches to meet current staffing needs while supporting short- and long-term business objectives. The Recruiter partners closely with hiring managers and HR to understand hiring priorities, proactively source and engage talent, and deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.

    Essential Functions

    • Manage full life cycle recruiting for assigned positions, from requisition intake through offer and pre-employment processing.
    • Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting and sourcing strategies.
    • Post open positions, source candidates through multiple channels, review applications, and conduct phone screenings.
    • Utilize creative sourcing techniques to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
    • Coordinate interviews, assessments, travel arrangements, and scheduling.
    • Extend offers, send candidate communications, and create offer and rejection letters.
    • Submit background checks and coordinate pre-employment drug screening.
    • Represent the company professionally and act as a brand ambassador throughout the recruiting process.
    • Maintain accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system and follow established recruiting processes and timelines.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
    • 1-2 years of experience in high volume, metrics driven recruiting.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, applicant tracking systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Critical thinker with the ability to develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent.
    • Working knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
