Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for Core Technology roles across engineering, infrastructure, networking, systems, reliability, platform, and cloud domains.
Build, assess, and maintain qualified talent pipelines aligned with current and future hiring needs.
Conduct talent mapping, competitor research, and market analysis to identify talent availability and hiring trends.
Use sourcing activity data and funnel analysis to identify pipeline gaps, bottlenecks, and candidate drop-off points.
Recommend and implement actions to improve candidate quality, response rates, conversion rates, and overall sourcing effectiveness.
Partner with recruiters and hiring stakeholders to calibrate candidate profiles and refine sourcing priorities.
Provide ongoing reporting related to sourcing activity, pipeline health, market insights, and delivery risks.
Proactively identify challenges impacting candidate flow and develop solutions to improve recruiting outcomes.
Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation throughout the sourcing lifecycle.
Deliver a positive candidate experience through professional outreach, timely communication, and effective follow-up.
Requirements
7+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably supporting technical or Core Technology organizations.
Proven experience working within a Finder/Filler recruiting model.
Experience sourcing for Software Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Infrastructure, Platform, Cloud, or related technical roles.
Demonstrated ability to utilize sourcing data, funnel metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline analytics to influence recruiting strategy.
Experience partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and business stakeholders in a consultative capacity.
Proficiency utilizing recruiting technologies and sourcing platforms within a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting large-scale engineering or infrastructure hiring initiatives.
Background conducting competitive talent mapping and workforce market assessments.
Experience providing recruiting insights related to talent availability, hiring trends, and geographic market conditions.
Exposure to talent intelligence methodologies and workforce planning strategies.
Experience supporting highly specialized technical searches across emerging technology domains.
