PGS Worldwide is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer for a remote contract role supporting Northrop Grumman.

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will support candidate generation, sourcing, prescreening, talent pipeline development, and recruiting support for engineering, manufacturing, operations, and functional roles. This remote role requires technical sourcing experience, cleared-talent sourcing experience, sourcing platform expertise, strong candidate assessment skills, and the ability to support recruiters and hiring managers with targeted sourcing strategies.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience, or master’s degree with 3+ years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
  • Candidate generation experience.
  • Candidate sourcing experience.
  • Prescreening experience.
  • Talent pipeline development experience.
  • Experience sourcing technical talent across engineering disciplines such as systems, software, mechanical, electrical, or aerospace.
  • Experience sourcing non-technical talent in areas such as business, production, operations, or supply chain.
  • Previous experience sourcing cleared talent.
  • Knowledge of security clearances.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or other sourcing platforms.
  • Ability to conduct phone screens and pre-qualify candidates.
  • Ability to manage candidate relationships and partner with recruiters.
  • Ability to build targeted sourcing plans and present them to recruiting teams.
  • Ability to maintain accurate candidate activity and data integrity in a CRM or candidate management system.
  • Strong customer service, communication, prioritization, and organization skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Agency and corporate recruiting experience.
  • Aerospace and defense sourcing or recruiting experience.
  • Experience using HireEZ, ClearanceJobs, Indeed, Google X-ray, advanced Boolean search, social media, niche job boards, or search engines.
  • Experience supporting events-based sourcing, invitational events, or targeted career fairs.
  • Experience using sourcing data, market intelligence, and recruiting metrics to support staffing strategies.
  • Experience sourcing passive external talent.

What You’ll Do

  • Source and prescreen qualified candidates for engineering, manufacturing, operations, and functional roles.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for active and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
  • Develop targeted sourcing plans and present sourcing strategies to recruiting teams.
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, ClearanceJobs, Indeed, social media, Boolean search, Google X-ray, and other tools to identify talent.
  • Support events-based sourcing, focused invitational events, and targeted career fairs.
  • Attract and engage cleared talent.
  • Conduct phone screens and assess candidates for skill, competency, and culture fit.
  • Maintain candidate contact and support candidate pre-closing activity.
  • Track sourcing activity in the candidate management system.
  • Report sourcing data and market intelligence to hiring managers and talent acquisition leadership.
  • Research market conditions, competitor trends, and talent availability.

Work Schedule / Shift

  • 9x80 A schedule.
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • Remote role.

Pay

  • $42.52/hour
