Job Summary
Welcome to the Human Resources Department! We are seeking a per diem Talent Acquisition Sourcer with Healthcare experience (will not participate in recruitment) who will be responsible for the following:
- Creating and maintaining an active flow of prospects and candidates by utilizing advanced internet searching skills, networking, database mining, referrals, and other recruitment techniques for current and future open positions.
- Responsible for proactively sourcing talented and diverse prospects through innovative sourcing techniques; identifying candidates to fill critical positions by utilizing online database searches, internal databases, networking, referrals, and research.
Required Qualifications
- Three (3) years of experience using internet search tools.
- Associates degree in a related field. (Additional relevant work experience can be considered in lieu of degree requirement on a year-for-year basis).
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability in facilitating recruitment initiatives which align with business goals and budget.
- Ability in utilizing Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the internet.
- Ability to build a relationship with leaders, to be approachable, and guide sourcing discussions.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in HR, recruiting, or staffing.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and social media sourcing strategies.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Sound judgment in solving problems, including identifying problems that require additional evaluation.
- Strong written and verbal communication, influencing, and networking skills.
Compensation
This position pays a flat rate of $20.75 hourly.
