The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is responsible for networking and connecting passive talent with current and future career opportunities. This position identifies, develops, and executes effective sourcing strategies that align with the organization's culture, mission, and hiring objectives.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
Experience
Two (2) years of related sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition experience required.
Licenses and Certifications
None required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong relationship-building and consultative skills.
Ability to understand hiring manager needs and workforce requirements.
Ability to manage expectations and work effectively with stakeholders.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, and decision-making skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition team members and hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of position requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles, ensuring sourcing strategies align with hiring needs.
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods and platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, industry forums, social media, and professional networks, to proactively identify and engage qualified candidates.
Develop and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct personalized outreach to passive candidates, promoting the organization's culture, values, and career opportunities.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to provide sourcing insights, improve candidate selection processes, streamline recruitment activities, and identify potential hiring challenges.
Deliver market intelligence and talent insights regarding candidate availability, compensation trends, and labor market conditions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS), documenting all candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
Track sourcing and recruitment metrics and provide insights to leadership to support continuous process improvement.
Identify and attend career fairs, networking events, and other recruiting activities that enhance the employer brand and attract qualified talent.
