About the Role:

As a CBRE Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist, you'll be on the front lines of building diverse, high-quality talent pipelines that power our business. You'll partner with technical colleges, unlock local talent networks, and bring sharp market insight that keeps us competitive. Because we hire where we serve, your ability to understand the market and deliver the right talent-fast-will directly impact our success.

What you'll do:

  • Execute recruiting strategies that deliver diverse, high-quality talent across a high-volume environment
  • Source and engage candidates across job boards, social platforms, and local talent networks
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for non-management roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and your Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner of your division
  • Provide market insights and candidate guidance to support hiring decisions and maintain competitiveness
  • Ensure a consistent, compliant, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Track recruiting activity, pipeline health, and progress against hiring goals
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency and share best practices with the team
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to align on role requirements and expectations
  • Communicate clearly with candidates and stakeholders, including sensitive or complex updates
  • Model CBRE RISE values in day-to-day interactions and delivery

What You'll Need:

  • Experience in recruiting or staffing, ideally supporting high-volume or field-based roles
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain momentum across multiple searches
  • Strong sourcing capability and confidence engaging passive candidates
  • Understanding of local labor markets and ability to translate insights into hiring strategies
  • Experience partnering with hiring managers to drive efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes
  • Strong judgment, professionalism, and candidate-first mindset while being a business partner
  • Comfortable working within structured processes while driving continuous improvement
  • Clear, confident communicator-especially when delivering complex or sensitive updates
  • Working knowledge of ATS systems and recruiting technologies
