    Description

    JOB SUMMARY:

    The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the full lifecycle of recruiting/hiring for all positions, including screening applicants, scheduling and conducting interviews and presenting offers of employment.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

    • Demonstrate a tenacious and disciplined service excellence approach using the "6+1" model (quality, professional courtesy, can-do attitude, responsiveness, convenience and aggressive follow-up).
    • Manage our full recruiting life cycle for all open positions both internally and externally.
    • Create, lead, implement and evaluate strategies to identify, attract and hire top quality talent.
    • Create and manage job postings for open positions.
    • Review and assess applicants' education, experience, and other qualifications.
    • Schedule and conduct interviews with hiring managers.
    • Prepare and extend job offers.
    • Explain compensation and benefits package, including career advancement opportunities.
    • Build and maintain an on-going pipeline of qualified talent.
    • Build and maintain relationships with Hiring Managers, stakeholders and staffing agencies.
    • Advise and coach Hiring Managers and interviewers on hiring practices and candidate selection.
    • Work with hiring managers and stakeholders to assess future and current staffing needs.
    • Implement and maintain applicant tracking system and employment information, including applicant and candidate files.
    • Create all communications regarding recruiting, offer letters, promotion letters and pre-employment requirements.
    • Responsible for recruitment analytics.
    • Assist on other human resources related projects.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    • General knowledge of employment laws and practices.
    • Ability to comprehend and effectively communicate company policies and procedures.
    • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.
    • Effective oral and written communication.
    • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
    • Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
    • Excellent organizational, time management and attention to detail skills.
    • Strong conflict resolution skills.
    • Ability to anticipate deadlines and the capability to prioritize and complete multiple projects.

    EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field and three years' experience in talent acquisition/recruiting, or equivalent education and/or experience. Human Resources certification is a plus.
