Talent Acquisition Specialist

IDR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join one of our top clients! This role is built for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and can jump in quickly to support frontline hiring needs across a broad, multi-location footprint.

You’ll partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring leaders to drive full-cycle recruiting for field/operations roles across approximately 100+ locations (including parts of the Northeast and Southeast U.S. and Canada).

What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle recruiting: intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and closing
• Manage and move candidates efficiently through the recruiting workflow (high daily activity volume)
• Proactively source candidates beyond inbound applicants
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate data; support reporting and communication to stakeholders
• Contribute to a positive candidate experience and support employment branding efforts

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of combined staffing and/or recruiting experience (high-volume strongly preferred)
• Experience recruiting in light industrial, warehouse/distribution, manufacturing, logistics, or field operations environments is highly preferred! 
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and high activity volume without getting overwhelmed
• Workday Recruiting experience preferred (not required)
