Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and high-execution Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team.
This is a fast-paced recruiting role for someone who knows how to manage high-volume hiring, move quickly, stay organized, and follow through. We are looking for someone who is competitive, proactive, and motivated by results - a recruiter who takes ownership, keeps candidates moving, and understands that strong execution matters.

What You'll Do
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across Hillcrest Health & Living. You will partner with hiring leaders, move candidates through the process, and help ensure we are filling critical openings quickly and thoughtfully.
You will:
Manage a high-volume requisition load with urgency, accuracy, and follow-through.
Source, screen, interview, and move qualified candidates through the hiring process.
Partner with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs, priorities, and candidate expectations.
Maintain strong candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Keep requisitions, candidate statuses, interview notes, and hiring activity accurate and updated in the applicant tracking system.
Use multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, resume databases, referrals, outreach, and direct sourcing.
Support hiring for clinical, non-clinical, operational, and support roles across Hillcrest communities.
Track recruiting activity, identify barriers, and adjust strategies to improve results.
Help create and refresh job postings to attract strong candidate flow.
Follow up consistently with candidates and hiring leaders to keep the process moving.
Support hiring events, community outreach, and recruitment campaigns as needed.
Work with urgency while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and professionalism.

Ideal candidates will have:
3-5 years of high-volume recruiting experience.
Healthcare, senior living, long-term care, home care, hospice, or clinical recruiting experience preferred.
Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions, priorities, and hiring leader relationships at the same time.
High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
A competitive, results-driven mindset with a sense of urgency.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build trust with candidates, hiring leaders, and team members.
Comfort working in an applicant tracking system and keeping data accurate.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and removing roadblocks.
Professional confidence, resilience, and the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Credentials
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
Equivalent recruiting experience will be considered in place of a degree.
Previous experience with Dayforce or similar applicant tracking systems preferred.
