Job Summary: Dermatology Associates is seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the practice’s human resources team. In this role, you will coordinate recruiting and hiring qualified healthcare professionals, including clinical and non-clinical staff. You will be involved in finding candidates, conducting initial screenings, supporting the hiring process, and coordinating employee onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in healthcare, great communication skills, and a passion for ensuring that our practice is staffed with top talent to provide exceptional patient care.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources, ideally within a healthcare environment (preferred but not required). Experience with applicant tracking systems and job posting platforms is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with healthcare recruitment, including licensure and credentialing requirements.
Experience in recruiting for healthcare or medical practices (nurses, medical assistants, billing & insurance employees, and clinical support staff).
