theFace HR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting efforts for our client partners. This role will focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across multiple industries. You will play a key role in delivering a high -quality, efficient hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/span><\/p>- Source and screen candidates for client roles
<\/li> - Conduct initial phone/video interviews
<\/li> - Manage candidate pipelines in ATS (Zoho Recruit)
<\/li> - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients
<\/li> - Maintain accurate candidate notes and status updates
<\/li> - Communicate professionally with candidates and stakeholders
<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/span>
Requirements<\/h3>- 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
<\/li> - Experience using an ATS (Zoho Recruit preferred)
<\/li> - Strong communication and organizational skills
<\/li> - Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
<\/li> - Comfortable working in a remote, fast -paced environment
<\/li><\/div>
Nice to Have<\/b>
<\/span><\/p>- Experience recruiting for HR, operations, or professional roles
<\/li> - Contract or agency recruiting experience
