    Job Description

Silverthorne Advisory Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting operations for a growing data, cloud engineering, management and IT consulting firm.  This role is responsible for full-cycle recruitment across corporate, consulting, technical positions.  The ideal candidate is a strong negotiator, understands the pace and compliance expectations of the federal consulting environment, and can build strong candidate pipelines for hiring initiatives.  We are looking for a driven recruiting professional seeking increased leadership responsibility, strategic visibility, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact on organizational growth.  This role provides an opportunity to grow into a leadership role within the firm.

     Responsibilities

    • Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate, technical, and professional services roles.
      • Coordinate with Security, IT, and HR for candidate onboarding.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, priorities, and desired candidate qualifications.
    • Create, update, and publish technical job descriptions across recruiting platforms and internal systems.
    • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, CareerPlug, Clearance Jobs, Stack Overflow, Git, employee referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
    • Conduct candidate screenings and initial interviews to evaluate qualifications, communication skills, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
    • Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, acceptance rate, candidate pipeline activity, early turnover, hiring manager satisfaction, and other quality metrics.
    • Ensure hiring practices align with company policies, employment laws, and equal opportunity requirements.
    • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
    • Draft client ready candidate summaries to hiring directors.
    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
    • 3+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or HR experience preferred.
    • Experience supporting multiple requisitions simultaneously.
    • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
    • Experience with sourcing tools and techniques.
    • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
    • Technical knowledge sufficient to understand and explain data engineering, accounting, or advisory job requirements
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
    What Sets You Apart:

    • Very organized, proactive, and responsive.
    • Experience recruiting U.S. cleared personnel.
    • Experience recruiting AI/cloud/data engineers, management consultants, technical accountants/internal auditors, and/or data scientists.
    • Experience recruiting passive candidates and continuously building a pipeline.
    • Strong candidate evaluation skills with a process to screen and identify technical capability, communications, consulting presence, cultural fit, and client readiness.
    • Strong desire to fill staffing needs with the right talent, not simply provide resumes.
    Benefits

    • Compensation - We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, and other considerations permitted by law.
    • Performance-Based Bonus System – In addition to base compensation, this position participates in a variable compensation program designed to reward achievement of talent acquisition goals, workforce planning initiatives, candidate quality, and strategic hiring support.
    • Healthcare - We offer Health, Vision, and Dental Plans for our employees and their families.
    • Retirement Plan – We invest in your future with a competitive 401(k) plan, where we match 100% of your contributions up to your first 6% and give you access to Vanguard Admiral funds.
    • Paid Time Off - Based on length of service, we offer a generous amount of paid leave.
    • Professional Development – Support for career growth through training programs and certifications.

    This is a remote position.

    Compensation: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
