The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports recruiting, staffing, and onboarding across multiple locations.
Responsibilities include managing the full recruiting process—reviewing applications, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews, extending offers, and onboarding new hires. They adapt and improve recruiting strategies, meet hiring metrics, and communicate effectively with hiring managers.
They focus on enhancing hire quality through behavioral interviews and innovative methods.
Administration duties involve maintaining applicant tracking systems, supporting onboarding, and ensuring compliance with work authorization and labor laws.
They train HR team members, update managers on processes, and support HR initiatives while maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
Qualifications include at least 1 year of experience, a bachelor’s degree, proficiency in English, and familiarity with HR software like iCIMS or DayForce. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills, along with the ability to multitask and work independently or in a team.
