Introduction

Our client’s Talent Acquisition organization is seeking a dynamic and consultative talent partner to support their business units in achieving their recruitment goals. This role focuses on recruitment for the North America Organization, managing requisitions, and collaborating with HR Directors, Business Partners, and hiring managers.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience using an ATS
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
• Strong preference to manufacturing experience
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 1-3 years of Human Resources experience and full-cycle recruitment experience
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry recruitment experience
• Commercial Recruiting experience
• Experience in managing requisitions within SuccessFactors ATS (or similar)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Attracting top talent and developing a strong candidate pool
• Pre-screening candidates and developing sourcing strategies
• Managing open job requisitions and updating Success Factors ATS
• Ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Establishing partnerships with hiring managers and leadership
