What You’ll Do:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of technical positions, including engineering and aerospace roles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top-tier talent in a competitive market.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft compelling job descriptions.
• Screen and interview candidates, assess skills and cultural fit, and guide them through the hiring process.
• Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continually improve recruitment strategies.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on technical roles, preferably in engineering or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and sourcing tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging a diverse candidate pool.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions efficiently.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience recruiting in the aerospace or defense industry.
• Familiarity with industry-specific certifications and security clearance processes.
• Knowledge of technical skills and terminology relevant to engineering and aerospace roles.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in technical or aerospace recruiting, demonstrating success in filling complex roles.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as needed for candidate visits or industry events.
• Relevant certifications, such as AIRS or SHRM, are a plus.
