Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist II

Location: Remote

Salary Range: $53

 

Introduction

The Talent Acquisition Specialist II will act as a consultative talent partner to assigned business unit(s) to facilitate the achievement of business goals related to market strategies and acquisition strategies. The focus of this position will be on recruitment for the North America Organization, requisition management, and client management. The Specialist is responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing a variety of recruiting resources and strategies to provide needed talent for the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience and/or certification in a specialized HR function.
  • 3-5 years of Human Resources experience and at least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience.
  • Data management and metrics experience, including trend analysis.
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.


Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry recruitment experience strongly preferred.
  • Commercial Recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Experience in managing requisitions within SuccessFactors ATS (or similar).

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Attract top talent and develop a strong, qualified candidate pool for current and future openings.
  • Pre-screen candidates, partner with team members to develop sourcing strategies, and provide talent for open positions.
  • Manage open job requisitions, update and manage Success Factors ATS, achieve recruiting metrics, and report key accomplishments.
  • Ensure compliance with state/federal employment laws and company policies for applicant tracking compliance and reporting metrics.
  • Establish a true business partnership with hiring managers and leadership on all staffing-related activities and issues.
