Large manufacturing company in Langhorne is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist. This position in onsite Monday-Friday.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist provides the full range of recruiting and talent acquisition support to the business, including sourcing, screening, selection, and onboarding of qualified candidates for assigned client groups. This role will primarily support high-volume hourly manufacturing recruiting, with a particular focus on skilled and technical manufacturing positions. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also perform selected HR Generalist responsibilities, as needed, to ensure a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
Primary Functional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Lead intake discussions with hiring managers to develop a clear understanding of position requirements, critical skills, workforce needs, and hiring priorities.
· Manage requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring compliance with all applicable state, federal, and company employment regulations.
· Recruit for skilled and semi-skilled manufacturing positions including CNC Machinists, Setup Machinists, Machine Operators, Programmers, Quality Inspectors, Maintenance Technicians, Production Supervisors, and other technical manufacturing roles.
· Develop and execute sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill manufacturing positions using job boards, networking, referrals, community partnerships, trade schools, and direct sourcing methods.
· Conduct thorough screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, technical capabilities, work history, attendance, shift flexibility, and overall fit for the role and organization.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting and selection process.
· Process transactions within HRIS systems and become proficient in Workday and ADP transactions, reporting, data validation, and troubleshooting integration or data quality issues.
· Support onboarding activities, including pre-employment screenings, background checks, new hire orientation, benefits overview, payroll documentation, policy distribution, and employee access to company systems.
· Perform other duties as assigned.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, and related business systems.
Required Experience:
· 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required, with demonstrated success recruiting for high-volume hourly positions.
· Experience recruiting skilled manufacturing positions such as CNC Machinists, Machine Operators, Maintenance Technicians, Quality personnel, Toolmakers, or similar manufacturing roles preferred.
· Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, metals, machining, aerospace, automotive, precision manufacturing, or related production environments preferred.
· Demonstrated ability to source and recruit for difficult-to-fill positions in competitive labor markets.
· Experience partnering directly with hiring managers to understand requirements, evaluate talent, and support hiring decisions.
· Experience utilizing ATS and HRIS systems required; Workday and ADP experience preferred.
Level of Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Communication, Marketing or related discipline preferred
