Job DetailsJob Location: Las Vegas, NV 89169The Siegel Group is seeking a motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting and staffing efforts across multiple brands, locations, and states. This role is responsible for full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for line-level positions and plays a key role in building strong talent pipelines to support ongoing business growth.Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting for line-level positions across multiple brands, locations, and statesMaintain and manage requisitions through Paycom's Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Create, post, and maintain job advertisements on third-party recruiting platforms including Indeed, Craigslist, and other sourcing channelsConduct candidate screening, phone interviews, and initial qualification assessmentsPartner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment supportDevelop and maintain relationships with community agencies, workforce programs, schools, and charitable organizations to create talent pipelinesAttend and represent the company at job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach initiativesDraft and update job descriptions as neededMaintain recruiting metrics, candidate records, and hiring documentation in compliance with company policiesSupport employment branding and recruiting initiatives to improve candidate engagement and hiring outcomesTravel may be required with advanced noticeQualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or human resourcesStrong experience managing high-volume requisitions in a fast-paced environmentExperience with candidate screening, interviewing, and talent sourcingExperience writing and updating job descriptionsProven ability to build relationships and develop recruiting partnerships within the communityExperience using ATS platforms; Paycom experience preferredFamiliarity with job boards and recruiting platforms including Indeed and CraigslistExcellent organizational, communication, and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneouslyProficient in Microsoft Office and general recruiting technologyPreferred Skills Multi-state recruiting experienceHospitality, retail, property management, or service industry recruiting experience preferredBilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
