JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. Job Summary -- Essential Functions/Duties
The Talent Acquisition Specialist serves as part of the JT4, LLC Corporate Recruiting Team and provides direct support to hiring managers and senior executives to recruit qualified candidates and fulfill staffing requirements at all JT4 operating locations.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist II will perform the following functions / duties:
- Monthly recruiting reports and/or presentations with consistent formatting.
- Meet with hiring managers to identify position requirements; and whether they are preferred or required.
- Participate in site visits to become familiar with technical position duties and work environment.
- Attend quarterly meetings with Department Managers to determine their staffing needs.
- Register and attend approved in-person and virtual career fairs.
- Prepare and pack swag, materials, and brochures for recruiting events to ensure timely delivery through shipment management services.
- Organize and upload resumes collected from events into the internal document management system.
- Represent the organization at career fairs, information sessions, and marketing events.
- Create purchase requisitions for the departmental needs.
- Schedule interviews, arrange travel for candidates, coordinate meetings, and prepare meeting materials.
- Stay current with social media trends and best practices.
- Create engaging social media content as approved by the Talent Acquisition Manager in line with the company style guide.
- Schedule and post approved content on a variety of social media platforms and add to the internal data management system.
- Facilitate crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications surrounding JT4's social media content.
- Moderate user-generated content and messages, pertaining to social media, appropriately, based on company and community policies.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Serves as a notary public, desired.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist III will perform the following functions/duties:
- Manages and oversees the company's summer internship program
- Serves as the main point of contact for all hiring managers with open positions.
- Develops productive partnerships with the recruitment team, hiring managers, other operating locations, and Human Resources.
- Maintains communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilizes a combination of company resources and creative recruitment methods to attract a high volume of applicants and maintain a current candidate pool.
- Provides full-cycle recruiting support from sourcing to position acceptance.
- Manage and execute the onboarding process for perspective employees.
- Provides detailed explanation of the application and interview processes to candidates.
- Review the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure all candidate statuses are current.
- Maintain accurate sourcing, interviewing and hiring data to assist with monthly reporting.
- Participate in in-person and virtual career fairs, information sessions, and marketing events at local and out of state events, as needed.
- Identify scheduled hiring events at Universities and Military bases for Management review.
- Manage and maintain relationships with various external staffing organizations.
- Assist with the development of social media strategies.
- Communicate best practices for recruitment and resolving minor issues to hiring managers and supervisors.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Serves as a notary public, desired.
Salary
The expected salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 annually.
Note: The salary range offered for this position is a good faith description of the expected salary range this role will pay. JT4 considers factors such as (but not limited to) responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market/business considerations when extending an offer.

Working Conditions
This position involves work typical of office environment with no unusual hazards. There is occasional lifting to 30 pounds, constant sitting and use of a computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while writing, reviewing and editing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, and constant mental alertness. The incumbent must occasionally work duty days in excess of ten hours and perform shift and weekend work to meet required schedule demands. This position will require periodic travel.
Requirements -- Education, Technical, and Work Experience
Level II:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and least two years of related job experience; or equivalent combination of education and formal training.
In addition, a Talent Acquisition Specialist II must possess the following qualifications:
- Prior experience recruiting candidates for technical positions is required.
- Knowledge of State and Federal employment laws.
- Knowledge of Human Resources Regulatory Environment and Compliance.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Possess working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications.
- Possess planning/organizing skills ability to work under deadlines.
- Ability to perform detail-oriented work and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must possess or obtain, within a specified time, the necessary recruitment certification(s), as assigned.
- Must qualify for and maintain a government security clearance.
Level III:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university at least four years of related job experience; OR equivalent combination of education and formal training.
In addition, a Talent Acquisition Specialist III must possess the following qualifications:
- Prior experience recruiting candidates for technical positions is required.
- Knowledge of State and Federal employment laws.
- Knowledge of Human Resources Regulatory Environment and Compliance.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Possess working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications.
