More information about us can be found below or on our website at www.hugghall.com.ABOUT THE POSITIONThe Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role on our HR team and is responsible for telling our company's story, championing our employer brand, and attracting the next generation of talent. In this role, you will lead the recruitment process and partner with hiring managers to ensure we bring in the best candidates to help our teams grow and succeed.This role requires regional travel (including overnight stays) to connect with managers and candidates and represent Hugg & Hall at hiring events and industry gatherings. When not traveling, you will be working at headquarters to collaborate within the HR team.  Design and implement recruiting strategies that effectively showcase our culture and career opportunities.Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast future talent needs and build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.Evaluate and update hiring criteria to align with real-world job requirements and industry trends.Engage candidates through diverse sourcing methods, including networking, career fairs, college and trade school events, referrals, and leading online platforms (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, ZipRecruiter).Partner with hiring managers to develop strategies for recruiting entry-level and trainable talent.Build strong community and industry relationships to expand and diversify talent pools.Maintain contemporary, compelling job postings that stand out to candidates.Represent Hugg & Hall at job fairs, community events, and professional gatherings to promote our employer brand.COMPENSATION & BENEFITSCompetitive compensationMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus a range of supplemental benefitsGenerous PTO plan and paid holidays401(k) with company matchREQUIREMENTSMinimum of 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or a related fieldMinimum 21 years of ageAbility to travel regionally, including overnight staysProactive, self-directed mindset with the ability to work independentlyStrong organizational and prioritization skillsHigh level of professionalism in representing the company externallyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable initiating conversations and building relationships at all levelsGood listening skillsProficient in recruiting, advertising, and application platformsAbility to learn and retain policy and compliance informationRelated experience may include: Corporate Recruiter, HR Assistant, Recruiting Specialist, Talent Engagement Specialist, Human Resources CoordinatorPHYSICAL DEMANDS & ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONSThis role is primarily performed in an indoor office environment with a controlled climate. The position requires frequent travel to recruiting locations and company facilities. You can expect standard driving and travel hazards.
