More information about us can be found below or on our website at www.hugghall.com.ABOUT THE POSITIONThe Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role on our HR team and is responsible for telling our company's story, championing our employer brand, and attracting the next generation of talent. In this role, you will lead the recruitment process and partner with hiring managers to ensure we bring in the best candidates to help our teams grow and succeed.This role requires regional travel (including overnight stays) to connect with managers and candidates and represent Hugg & Hall at hiring events and industry gatherings. When not traveling, you will be working at headquarters to collaborate within the HR team. The position requires frequent travel to recruiting locations and company facilities. You can expect standard driving and travel hazards.
