We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic recruiting team. As a TA Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top-tier candidates to contribute to our companys growth. You will partner closely with the TA team & Hiring Managers, leveraging your cultivated skills to design and execute the best sourcing strategies and candidate experience, and ultimately be a key part in attracting the best and diverse talent who want to make an impact on our customers' lives.
Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruiting & Sourcing Ownership: Own the sourcing strategy for assigned roles, balancing quality, speed, and diversity goals. Build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Data-Driven Strategy: Leverage analytics to track outreach effectiveness and pipeline health. Use data (conversion rates, compensation ranges) to advise managers on hiring feasibility and tradeoffs.
Consultative Stakeholder Partnership: Conduct structured intake meetings to align on expectations and timelines. Guide hiring managers through the recruitment lifecycle while sharing market intelligence and talent trends.
Requisition & Systems Management: Proactively manage the requisition process, ensuring ATS data integrity, pipeline accuracy, and compliance. Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks.
Personalized Candidate Experience: Deliver a highly personalized experience, providing structured and transparent feedback. Personalize follow-ups based on candidate engagement to reinforce Audicus' mission.
Qualifications:
3-4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment.
Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously and take full ownership of recruiting outcomes from kickoff to offer.
Proven experience using data and analytics to drive decision-making and provide strategic advice to stakeholders.
Strong consultative abilities with a deep understanding of market trends, industry benchmarks, and hiring strategies.
