Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding support.

· Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.

· Source and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and recruitment events.

· Conduct resume reviews, phone screens, and candidate evaluations to identify qualified candidates for hiring manager consideration.

· Coordinate and participate in interview panels, ensuring a structured and positive candidate experience.

· Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

· Collaborate with HR partners and hiring managers during the offer process, including salary recommendations and start date coordination.

· Ensure recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws, as well as internal policies and procedures.

· Manage recruitment activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.

· Support recruitment outreach efforts, including career fairs, networking events, and university partnerships.

· Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track progress and support hiring decisions.

· Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment requirements.

Job Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

· Minimum 4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.

· Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles.

· Strong sourcing experience using platforms such as LinkedIn and online recruiting databases.

· Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

· Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
