Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple roles
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
Conduct interviews and coordinate candidate assessments
Manage employer branding initiatives and career page content
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
Experience hiring across technical and non-technical roles
Skills & Competencies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
