Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist serves as a strategic partner to hiring managers and HR Business Partners, proactively identifying and delivering talent solutions aligned with workforce needs. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process across assigned business units, with a strong emphasis on innovative sourcing strategies and proactive pipeline development.
This individual will leverage both tactical execution and strategic insight to recruit diverse, high-quality talent while continuously improving hiring outcomes. The role requires the ability to manage a high volume of requisitions-including complex and hard-to-fill roles-while maintaining an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $68,598.40 - $103,396.80 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
