Position Location: Baltimore, MDHybrid: Monday through Thursday in the office; Fridays work remotelySalary: $65,000 - $70,000 per yearSummary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages, and is responsible for, full-cycle recruiting, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. Collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify hiring needs. Responsible for providing full cycle recruiting for assigned subsidiaries. In conjunction with Director of Talent Acquisition, the Recruiting & Retention Specialist will manage full cycle recruiting across all subsidiaries. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong talent pipeline.What You'll Do:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
Create and post job advertisements, source candidates through multiple channels, and attend hiring events as needed.
Build and maintain strong candidate relationships while ensuring a positive hiring experience.
Maintain accurate recruiting data, applicant tracking systems, and hiring documentation.
Monitor recruiting metrics, stay current on employment laws and best practices, and ensure compliance with agency policies.
Requirements:Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.Experience:
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a corporate or agency environment.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques, interviewing methods, and candidate assessment.
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS/HRMS platforms, and recruiting technologies; UKG/UltiPro experience preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws related to recruiting and hiring.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
