Part-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter
Part-Time (30 Hours Per Week)
Are you a recruiter who enjoys sourcing top talent, building relationships, and partnering with hiring managers to fill critical positions? Our client is seeking a Part-Time Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to support recruiting and onboarding efforts while helping maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
This position is ideal for a recruiting professional who is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple openings while working with both hiring managers and external staffing partners.
Responsibilities
Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates using job boards, networking, referrals, and other recruiting resources
Conduct candidate outreach, resume reviews, phone screenings, and interview scheduling
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
Coordinate and facilitate onboarding and orientation activities for new hires
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Collaborate with external staffing agencies and recruiting partners
Maintain applicant tracking system records and recruiting documentation
Ensure compliance with recruiting and onboarding processes
Support additional HR and talent acquisition projects as needed
Qualifications
Required:
Previous recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources experience
Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, networking, and recruiting tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience partnering with hiring managers and external recruiting agencies
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Preferred:
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Corporate, manufacturing, or professional recruiting experience
Schedule
Part-time, approximately 30 hours per week
Flexible schedule
Availability during regular business hours preferred
