Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our client, an industry leader in leading aluminium and renewable energy, is seeking a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Human Resources department supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: ONSITE Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Rockledge, FL

Pay Range: $65,000 - 70,000

Shift: Monday- Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM

What's the Job?

• Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing channels
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from application to onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
