Foster CM Group, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced, results driven, Talent Acquisition Specialist in the San Antonio, Austin, or Dallas area with experience in identifying, recruiting, and selecting the best qualified candidates in the A/E/C industry, specifically the Project Management/Construction Management consulting industry.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • · Manage and facilitate the full life-cycle talent acquisition process across multiple offices.
  • · Partner with managers to understand workforce planning and staffing needs.
  • · Develop recruiting strategies for technical and professional positions.
  • · Assist in developing detailed job descriptions and screening questions specific to positions.
  • · Place advertisements and job postings.
  • · Screen candidates to ensure qualifications meet requirements.
  • · Coordinate scheduling interviews with potential candidates.
  • · Proactively source and maintain a pipeline of external candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Zip Recruiter, employee referrals, and trade associations.
  • · Work with senior leadership to develop and maintain a recruiting budget to include tracking metrics.
  • · Maintain an applicant tracking system in real time with candidate information.
  • · Generate reports to communicate talent acquisition performance efforts.
  • · Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • · Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or related field preferred. Seven years of relevant work experience may be substituted for education.
  • · Minimum 5+ years' experience managing full-cycle recruitment process.
  • · Experience recruiting for the following roles in the A/E/C industry: Program Manager, Project Manager, Construction Manager, Project Controls, Document Controls, Construction Inspections, and other related roles
  • · Demonstrated corporate and/or staffing agency experience with direct and contract hiring
  • · Strong computer skills and demonstrated ability with the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • · Experience with Application Tracking Systems
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • · Experience recruiting in the A/E/C professional consulting industry.

Work Schedule and Location:
Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Depending on location, this position is an in-person position but remote/work from home may be considered.

  • The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Work will be in a professional corporate office environment operating and functioning at a fast pace. Office noise levels will be low to moderate, but mainly low with neighbors' phone-calls, conversations and/or laughter.
Physical Requirements:
  • The physical requirements must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Required to communicate in person, via telephone, and email. Use of arm/hand steadiness, manual dexterity, finger dexterity, multi-limb coordination, oral expression, and comprehension. May be required to lift, carry, and move objects safely. Occasionally may adhere to extended periods of standing, walking and talking.
