The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, project-driven environment, supporting hiring for field, operations, and corporate roles. This position partners closely with hiring managers to identify and attract talent with experience in construction, energy, industrial services, and project-based organizations.
This role requires a recruiter who understands workforce demands across craft, project management, and technical disciplines and can effectively build pipelines in competitive labor markets.
Key Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on at least one of the following:
Construction
Oil & Gas / Energy
Industrial Services
Engineering / Project-based environments
Proven experience recruiting for field management, corporate and project-based roles.
Strong understanding of hard-to-fill recruiting environments.
Experience partnering with hiring managers in operations-driven organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting recruiting in a multi-location, project-based company.
Familiarity with roles such as:
Project Managers / Construction Managers
Estimators / Project Controls
Field Management
Engineers (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical)
Knowledge of workforce trends in Texas, Gulf Coast, or similar markets.
Experience recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt roles.
