Talent Acquisition Specialist

Duties: The Talent Acquisition Specialist ("Specialist") is an integral member of Axiom's Recruiting Department ("Recruiting"). As needed, the Specialist will recruit top talent using effective interview techniques to ensure fit for the position and company culture. The Specialist will be accountable for consulting with hiring managers to determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions. This role will critically evaluate employment applications, resumes, compensation needs, and other qualifications of applicants. Additionally, the Specialist will have other duties and responsibilities as determined from time to time by the CHRO.

Essential Functions:

The essential functions of the Specialist are to:

• Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, recruiting priorities, timelines, and candidate profiles.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from intake through offer/selection support.
• Post and maintain job openings across internal and external job boards.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone screens and initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain timely and accurate candidate documentation in the ATS.
• Communicate regularly with candidates regarding status, next steps, and expectations.
• Ensure recruiting practices are consistent, professional, and compliant with applicable employment laws.
• Track and report recruiting activity, pipeline status, time-to-fill, and other recruiting metrics.
• Build relationships with external recruiting sources, or professional networks partners as needed.
• Perform other recruiting-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate should have a combination of demonstrated experience and education that is equivalent to 5 years with a focus on Human Resources, Recruiting or related fields. Bachelor's Degree - preferred
