Compensation: $150,000 – $170,000

Talent Acquisition Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead full-cycle recruiting and talent strategy across the Americas for a highly respected professional services organization.

This is an opportunity for a strategic recruiter who can operate independently, partner effectively with senior stakeholders, and bring strong market knowledge and sourcing expertise to complex searches. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously while providing hiring leaders with meaningful insight into talent availability, candidate profiles, and market conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts from initial hiring requirements through offer acceptance and onboarding
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-quality active and passive candidates
• Conduct market research, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence to support hiring strategies
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for both immediate and future hiring needs
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Provide market and candidate insights to help guide hiring decisions
• Manage interviews, assessments, offers, negotiations, and candidate closing
• Deliver a high-touch and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Manage multiple searches, priorities, and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality
• Utilize data and recruiting metrics to monitor progress and support hiring decisions
• Manage external recruiting partners when needed
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, hiring effectiveness, and candidate experience
• Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition and People teams on strategic initiatives

Requirements:

• 7–10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience
• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience within a complex, fast-paced organization
• Experience in professional services, consulting, executive search, or another knowledge-based environment preferred
• Proven ability to independently manage searches from intake through successful hire
• Strong sourcing, research, and talent mapping capabilities
• Experience identifying and engaging passive candidates across multiple markets
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence and advise hiring managers and senior stakeholders
• Strong understanding of external talent markets and recruitment trends
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
• Strong project management and organizational abilities
• Experience with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Comfortable working independently and navigating changing priorities
• Bachelor's degree required; Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
