Pay

$20.00 - $20.00 / hour

What will you do?

• Assist candidates as needed with a focus on delivering a high-quality candidate experience
• Support recruiters and hiring managers by scheduling and coordinating candidate interviews, troubleshooting issues that may prevent the process from moving forward, and escalating issues that need further attention
• Maintain and regularly deliver reports that outline progress, risks, and upcoming deliverables
• Partner with the recruiting team and managers to design, refine, and implement innovative solutions that help the team move forward

More about you

• Working towards an associate or bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 18 months' experience in a related position with emphasis on quality service delivery to an operating business
• Has a passion for human resources, recruitment preferred
• Sound judgment and exceptional customer service, time management, and organizational skills required
• Self-motivated
• Experience in hospitality or related industry preferred
• Basic Excel experience required
• Flexibility to work in CST and PST time zones along with variety hours during events as needed
