The Role: The Heart of the Team Experience

As our HR Specialist, you are the bridge between our business goals and our people’s needs. You aren’t just filing paperwork; you are building the foundation of a record-breaking team.

• Talent Scouting: You’ll lead the charge in finding high-energy, charismatic individuals who take the phrase "My Pleasure" literally.
• The Welcome Experience: You’ll orchestrate an onboarding process that makes every new hire feel like they’ve joined a family, not just a workplace.
• Culture & Connection: You’ll be the go-to resource for team members, ensuring that our commitment to "brightening the lives of others" starts with how we treat our own people.
• Growth Support: You’ll partner with the Owner/Operator and Directors to track leadership development, manage benefits, and ensure our systems are as fast and accurate as our kitchen.
• Compliance with Character: You’ll handle the "nuts and bolts" of HR—compliance, documentation, and payroll support—with a level of care and precision that reflects our gold standards.
