Job Title: Talent and Training Coordinator
Reports to: Project Director
PositionClassification:Non-Exempt
Wage range: $26 - $28/hour
Primary Objectives of Position: Oversees hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development at the project level to ensure the workforce is fully prepared to deliver consistent, compliant, and high-quality services without disruption to customer experience.
This position is hybrid, with a combination of remote work and an in-office presence. Travel throughout Borderplex area required.

Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, business, human services, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Credentials: Certified Workforce Development Professional credential preferred
Experience: Minimum of three years experience in workforce development, training coordination, human resources, or staff development in a compliance-driven environment
Skills/Abilities: Strong organizational and instructional skills; knowledge of workforce systems and employment regulations; ability to manage multiple priorities; experience delivering in-person and virtual training; strong communication, coaching, and documentation skills
Technology Requirement: Position requires strong technology proficiency, including use of workforce information systems, Microsoft 365 applications, electronic case management, virtual service delivery tools, and evolving AI-enabled platforms in a paperless environment. Successful completion of a basic IT skills assessment is required.
Additional Requirements: Must have valid driver's license and adequate vehicle insurance coverage.
