About Kanbrick
Kanbrick is a purpose-driven, long-term investment partner to owner-, family-, and founder-led businesses. We work hands-on with our companies to unlock their full potential through strong operations and people leadership, thinking in decades, not quarters.
The Role
We're looking for a curious, driven Talent Associate to help build and scale Kanbrick's talent engine. This role is ideal for someone who loves the hunt for great people, enjoys building relationships over time, and wants exposure to executive-level recruiting with real ownership, and responsibility from day one. You'll work directly with Kanbrick team members, partner company executives, and senior candidates; owning early-stage relationships and contributing meaningfully to hiring decisions.
You'll play a hands-on role in identifying, engaging, and assessing exceptional, values-aligned talent for Kanbrick and select partner company roles while helping us build the systems and relationships that make great hiring repeatable. This is a builder role. You'll help shape how Kanbrick sources, engages, and maintains long-term relationships with exceptional talent. This role is ideal for someone who wants to move beyond transactional sourcing and build real, long-term relationships with leaders.
