We’re looking for a people-focused, detail-oriented Talent professional to join our team as a Talent Champion. In this role, you’ll be at the center of the employee experience—driving recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and employee relations while helping shape a positive and high-performing workplace culture.

If you enjoy building strong partnerships, improving processes, and making a real impact on employees’ day-to-day experience, we’d love to connect.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for all U.S. positions, partnering with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent.
  • Coordinate background checks and employment verifications.
  • Deliver engaging onboarding and orientation experiences for new hires.
  • Support Talent programs including benefits, leave administration, recognition, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with multi- federal, state, and local employment laws and Talent best practices.
  • Review weekly payroll for accuracy and partner with U.S. and Canada payroll teams (serve as backup processor).
  • Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and feedback analysis.
  • Track and report on Talent metrics to support business decisions.
  • Partner with Operations on safety reviews and incident follow-ups.
  • Community partnerships by coordinating outreach initiatives, supporting local events, and enhancing the organization’s employer brand within the community.
  • Support managers with employee relations and performance management.
  • Respond to employee questions and help maintain a positive, supportive workplace environment.

What You Bring:
  • Experience in recruiting and talent operations.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and Talent best practices.
  • High level of discretion and attention to detail.

Why Join Us?
You’ll play a key role in shaping the employee experience while working alongside a collaborative team that values people, performance, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Operations, or Recruiting.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll processes (multi-state and/or Canada experience is a plus) (Dayforce experience is a plus).
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting employee relations and performance management initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HR analytics/reporting tools is a plus.
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR certification preferred (not required).
