The Talent Connector Specialist will serve as a bridge between project executives, HR teams, and staffing operations to ensure effective talent placement while supporting employees in achieving their long-term career goals.

The ideal candidate understands staffing as both an operational function and a strategic business driver, using skills and capabilities as the foundation for talent alignment and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with project executives to understand project timelines, required skill sets, and staffing priorities
  • Provide guidance and support during candidate selection and workforce planning discussions
  • Identify and recommend alternative fulfillment channels when traditional staffing solutions are not sufficient
  • Collaborate closely with HR teams to understand candidate availability, technical skills, and career aspirations
  • Ensure talent is aligned effectively to business demand while supporting employee growth and development
  • Conduct demand quality checks to ensure staffing assignments are accurate, aligned, and operationally sound
  • Monitor staffing metrics, identify resource gaps, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Generate ad hoc reports and workforce insights for leadership to support strategic staffing decisions
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to staffing processes, talent deployment, and workforce planning

Required Qualifications

  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, staffing, recruiting, workforce planning, or resource management
  • Strong understanding of staffing operations, recruitment workflows, and resource allocation processes
  • Experience supporting talent alignment within fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working directly with HR teams and project management teams
  • Proven success managing staffing demands and workforce planning activities
  • Strong prioritization and decision-making skills in high-volume environments
  • Experience with resource management platforms such as myScheduling or similar workforce planning systems
  • Strong analytical skills with reporting and staffing metric interpretation
  • Ability to provide strategic recommendations to leadership regarding talent deployment
