About the Role:A Talent Coordinator (TC) plays a key role in supporting the Director of Talent across onboarding, performance management, and associate development initiatives that promote a culture of growth. As the primary point of contact for new hires, this role ensures a seamless and welcoming onboarding experience through clear communication and well-coordinated orientation activities. The TC also supports biannual performance review cycles through management of the review system and partners with Talent Development Coaches to deliver training programs. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to both talent management and development efforts while supporting broader business priorities.
