Title: Talent Coordinator Location: Eagan, MN – 55121 Duration: 4+ months with extension if required
JOB DESCRIPTION This position supports the talent acquisition and attraction functions by coordinating a white glove experience for all candidates, new hires, and internal teams, assisting with providing a seamless hiring process. Coordinates all pre-employment processes, and bridging the gap between hiring and onboarding new associates.
Additional Responsibilities Provides a seamless and white glove experience for all candidates, new hires, and internal teams. Partners with key team members to ensure proper interview scheduling and coordination. Coordinates all pre-employment activities for candidates: Launches and monitors pre-employment background check and drug screening processes, processes new hires in ATS (Workday), initiates I-9 processes, and partners with HR operations to ensure all new hire paperwork is completed. Serves as the connection between the talent and onboarding/culture teams, ensuring we provide a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved. Keeps team documents and resources organized and up to date. Prepares and maintains hiring manager and applicant related correspondence. Performs additional responsibilities consistent with the scope and level of the role, as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience 2+ years human recourses experience or bachelor's degree in lieu of experience. High school diploma (or equivalent)
Preferred Skills & Experience Associate's degree. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in routine interactions, actively listen to understand needs, and adapt messaging to support team collaboration. Ability to analyze information, identify routine challenges, and partner with others to implement solutions. Ability to effectively organize work, balance priorities, and manage time across assigned responsibilities. Workday experience. Knowledge of labor markets, talent pipelining, and sourcing strategies. Ability to handle sensitive employee and candidate information confidentially and comply with applicable privacy, confidentiality, and data protection requirements.
